Shipping &Handling

We offer FREE shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the US. Most of our in-stock orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. Delivery time to the US is 2-5 days.

Special Shipping Note:
The Ghost Flameless Taper Candles , the Ghost Wax Flameless Candle will be shipped directly from our factory in China. The estimated shipping time for these items is 9-12 business days.

For back-ordered items, kindly check the product page carefully when placing an order, as the shipping time frames are constantly updated in real time.

Your transit time and carrier may vary. Some products are shipped in separate packages and may have different arrival times. 

Please note the following:

Shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes is not available.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International addresses is currently not available. Please get in touch with us for a shipping quote at contact@glowwarmy.com

Please note that during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, the chances of your delivery getting delayed are high. We will appreciate your patience during those times.

Order Cancellations or Changes

Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, most orders ship the same day they're placed. So please contact us immediately if you decide to cancel or change your order. We cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order after the shipment. You are welcome to return the item to us following our Return Policy.

If the item has already shipped, we are unable to reroute shipments. In those cases, you will need to receive the order and then complete the returns process.

You should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information shortly after you place your order.

Bulk Order

We suggest you purchase sample units before placing bulk orders to ensure that you and/or your clients have the opportunity to get a sense of how the piece you are considering will work in your space.

Note:

Our Free Delivery does not require a signature, and your order will be left on your doorstep. Kindly ensure to check your order's tracking number. It will include the expected delivery date as a guarantee of the receipt of your item. FedEx and UPS do not honor claims of lost packages if delivered to the correct address. GlowWarmy will not be liable for such a claim.
