GlowWarmy.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Below are the details of our return policy.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@glowwarmy.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

General Returns
All returns for opened products and those without any product quality issues will incur a 20% restocking fee from the refund amount. Additionally, returns made after 30 days of receipt will also incur this fee.
Eligible Items for Return
To qualify for a general return, merchandise must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be free from scratches and/or defects
- Not have been used after purchase
- Be in the original manufacturer's box and packaging, free of writing
- Have no missing pieces
- Not be from clearance, liquidation, or closeout sales
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not returnable or refundable:
- Commercial purchases: Once shipped, orders for commercial use cannot be returned or refunded. Damaged items or manufacturing defects are covered under warranty for repair or replacement. Canceled orders are subject to a 20% fee, including those canceled due to shipping delays.
- Items marked "final sale," "clearance," "as is," or "made-to-order"
- Bundle discounts (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Gifts or orders with an actual payment of $0
- Clearance Collection and End-off-Season Collection items cannot be returned or refunded
Note: We recommend purchasing sample units before placing bulk orders to ensure they meet your expectations.
30-Day Free Return Policy
The 30-day return policy applies only to products purchased from GlowWarmy.com and delivered to addresses within the U.S.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-DAY Free Return Service. You may return any GlowWarmy product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we’ll issue an RMA#.
Return Instructions:
- Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your package.
- We provide prepaid return labels for returns due to quality or delivery issues (no extra return fee). A 20% restocking fee applies for returns without quality problems.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for delivering the products to our warehouse address on the shipping label.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will need to file a shipping claim.
Note: To qualify for the 30-day free return, items must include all original contents and packaging. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may not be eligible for the free return.
Return Process
Send an email to contact@glowwarmy.com. We will respond to your return request within 24 hours on business days.
Order Cancellations or Changes
Most orders ship the same day they are placed. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, you can fill out the contact form on our Contact Us page.
If the item has already shipped, we cannot reroute shipments. In that case, you will need to receive the order and then complete the returns process. GlowWarmy will deduct $17 for freight costs if the package is not complete.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Q1: Do I have to pay for the return?
A1: We offer free returns for orders that meet our 30-day free return policy. The original order value, including the shipping cost, will be fully refunded.
Q2: When can I expect a refund for my return?
A2: Refunds typically take 2 business days after our warehouse receives the returned items. Once your return is processed, we’ll refund your amount through the original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
Q3: How do I initiate a return?
A3: You can fill out the return form below or email contact@glowwarmy.com. Please provide complete information in the form, including your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We will respond to your request within 24 hours on business days.
